I moved to Swindon in 1980, the son of Reverend Canon Brian Pearce, Vicar of Dorcan from 1980 to 1991. Since childhood, I have appreciated what it means to serve the needs of a community. Spending my informative years growing up as a member of a family serving Swindon, enabled me to begin my career in the funeral profession in 1990, serving the Swindon community in a truly personal way. Over the years I have gained extensive knowledge and experience, studying with the National Association of Funeral Directors and achieving the qualification of the Diploma of Funeral Directing in 1998. I have also studied with the British Institute of Embalmers and became a fully qualified member of the institute in 1997. Since then I have continued to build on these foundations, enabling me to establish Pearce Funeral Services. At Pearce Funeral Services, we use these years of experience and knowledge to provide our service with care, compassion and courtesy, whilst ensuring that we are personal to each individual family that we are called upon to serve.
